The City of Riverside held the inaugural Aerospace Community Expo at the Riverside Municipal Airport on May 31, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The community came out to this free event to experience aircraft up close, with free rides for the first 40 kids. There was a flight simulator and other interactive exhibits. Information on careers was also available. Riverside Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson spoke at the event.
