The only problem you will have on July 4th is deciding which amazing event to go to! The cities of west Riverside County have pulled out all the stops for their communities to celebrate Independence Day. Spend the day at parades, on a trail ride or enjoying festivals then be treated to aerial shows at night. Here is where to see July 4th Fireworks in Riverside, Norco, Corona, Moreno Valley and Temecula.

Remember that all personal fireworks are illegal in Riverside County. Help everyone have a safe Fourth of July and reduce the risk of wildfires by enjoying City-sponsored events instead.

Mt. Rubidoux Park
Mt. Rubiodoux Drive at 9th Street

The City of Riverside Fireworks show includes viewing at two parks: La Sierra and Mt. Rubidoux. Bring blankets and lawn chairs. Please note, the La Sierra and Carlson Dog Park will be closed all day after 7 a.m. on July 4th. Mt Rubidoux will also be closed and hikers will not have access to the mountain from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 4th.

The back parking lot of the Calvary Presbyterian Church will be decked out for the Fourth of July! Come to their July 4th Festival to enjoy food trucks, games, face painting and music! Then stay and watch the Mt. Rubidoux fireworks! This Fourth of July event is free, even the activities. Just pay for food and drinks. No alcohol or pets are allowed.

The iconic Evergreen Memorial Historic Cemetery is hosting a party for the July 4th Fireworks viewing! Come early and enjoy Shameless Dawgs band, Chris Cross Magic – the balloon man, Sparkles the Clown & Co. face painting, bounce house and food vendors. Take a guided tour of the historic cemetery as well! Bring your lawn chairs and blanket to enjoy the fireworks show. Purchase tickets on Eventbrite. Proceeds benefit the cemetery. Start out your Fourth of July fun with the Mayor’s Equestrian Trail Ride and Costume Contest in Norco! Registration is at 8:30 a.m. at the Ingalls Event Center, Parking Lot 2. Bring your horse and yourself decked out in your best red, white and blue to enjoy a fun ride and maybe win a prize!

Then, head to Pikes Peak Park for the Patriotic Picnic in the Park. This Norco Fourth of July event is perfect for the whole family. There will be crafts, music and more. Enjoy contests like horseshoes and other picnic games. And don’t forget the bike/trike parade and decorating contest! Pets are welcome but must be on leash.

Moreno Valley Fourth of July Celebration has a lot going on, with a whole day of fun planned for the entire family. It all starts with the Fourth of July Parade at 9:30 a.m. and goes to 12 p.m. The parade starts at Frederick Street and Alessandro Boulevard, proceeds North on Frederick Street, then West onto Towngate Boulevard. The gates open on the Family FunFest at 3 p.m.! Head there for a beer garden, food vendors and a Kids Zone! Cost is $4 a person with military (ID required) and kids getting in for free. 3:45 p.m. the national anthem will play. Head to Main Street for the Corona 4th of July parade at 10 a.m. Join in on the fun by registering before June 20 and bring the whole family for this non-competitive parade. Then, head to Santana Park at 5 p.m. for music by Radio Royalty, a rock- and pop-tribute band! At 7 p.m. Redneck Rodeo will play classic and modern country. Then at 9 p.m., the evening will conclude with the professional fireworks display. Food trucks will keep you happy all evening long. For more information, visit the City of Corona website.

Kick of your Temecula 4th of July events with the parade at 10 a.m. The parade route starts at Old Town Front and 2nd Streets and travels north to end at 6th Street.

Then, head to Ronald Reagan Sports Park for the Temecula fireworks show! The festival opens at 2 p.m. There will be food vendors and a Kids Zone, with entertainment on a main stage from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.! The CRC pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as well!
